Call of Queen Victoria

Friday 23rd of July, Queen Victoria will call at Cherbourg from 7.00am to 05.00pm.
Built in 2006 by shipyard Fincantieri near of Venise in Italy to replace the Queen Elizabeth 2, this ship was baptize of the 10th of December 2007 in Southampton by Camilla Parker-Bowles, duchess of Cornouailles, before leaving at sea the day after for her maiden voyage to Nordic country. At his board, 13 pubs, 5 restaurants, 3 swimming-Pools, one ball room, a theatre and one casino. This ship pf 294 feet talls, 50 m less that the Queen Mary II.
Itinerary of Cruise
The call of Queen Victoria enrolls in the context of eleven days. Passengers will board at Southampton in England to go Cherbourg and Cork in Ireland. The day after, she will call at Dublin (Ireland), then Liverpool, Belfast and Greenock. After one day at sea, the Queen Victoria will go to Queensferry in Great Britain to disembark at Southampton the next day.

A few will be waiting passengers at the cruise terminal.
Other will be in town and in front of the tourist office. They will be recognised to their little flag bearing the logo of Cruise Club of Cherbourg.
