 2007 annual report



From September the passengers traffic to England has been increasing, nevertheless, it doesn't adjust losses recorded  while the eight first months. However, for Ireland, we can see an important rise of the freight traffic (+6,44 %) or passengers traffic (+8,60 %). This point reinforce the companies Celtic Link and Irish Ferries whose the activity is going to be more  important with the bringing into service of the Oscar Wilde. In december, an expansion  of the passengers traffic of 70% and of the freight traffic of 80 % was recorded. The cruise terminal allowed to the the port of Cherbourg to be among the 3 finanlists in the category "port of the year 2007" while the Seatrade exhibitin in Hambourg. These technical features and of course the charm of the transatlantic terminal are well known by all the companies.
